Timesheet allows defining any number of projects in the system with the start and ending date. A project can be defined as a project for all the members without sub division of tasks or project can be defined as the one with multiple tasks. When the project is completed, it gets de activated automatically or can be extended depending on the requirement.
Time sheet module is well integrated to resource management. Resources can be assigned/removed from the project.
Time spent on the project can be tracked. Time clocked by an employee on a project task can be entered either daily or weekly. Time sheet can be approved by the manager. Time sheet can be linked to invoice where billing can be done based on the hours spent for a customer. Various MIS pertaining to time sheet and resource management can be generated using this module.
