Multi tasking is the order of the day. An employee is given task by different people in the organisation and it becomes difficult for an employee to remember all the tasks. This tool enables the managers and the employees to keep track of the tasks that were to be completed. Reminders through SMS and mail options are provided to remind about the approaching due date.
Employees can assign private or public tasks to self with or without due date where the notification will be sent to the appropriate managers. Once task is assigned employee can update the status of the task as work in progress, reassign, completed etc.., on each update notification mails will be sent to the appropriate manager. If due date expires employee can see the status with due days.
Manager can assign private or public tasks to their subordinates where the mails will be sent to respective employees. When employee update the status of the task as work in progress, reassign, abandoned, completed etc...Manager can track the status of the task updated by an employee along with time.
Wallet HR allows to generate efficiency report based on due date, over due date and completed days.
