An employee would be able to view his payslip details, enter investment declaration and view his tax worksheet on mobile app. Any employee personal details can be accessed by HR or any authorised person on mobile without the need to login to the desktop application.
Wallet HR has optional mobile app integration where an employee would be able to apply for leave, permission and on-duty on the move.
Managers would be instantly notified for approval or rejection. An employee can view his attendance record for any date of any month on the mobile. A manager can also view all his reporting associate’s attendance records in respect of punch time, leave, permission and on-duty.
App can also be used for the employees who are on field where the in-time, out-time with the location of an employee would be tracked through GPS.
